House Guidelines

Check-in / Check-out Times

Our standard times are:
• Check-in between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• Check-out by 11:00 AM

Late check-out available until 16:00 with an extra charge of 20€.

However, feel free to reach out in advance if your travel plans require an earlier or later check-in/check-out, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We also offer free luggage storage on your arrival and departure day if needed.

Children

Unfortunately, CASABELLA only welcomes guests aged 12 and over. Due to the structure of the building, particularly the steep stairs, the accommodation is not suitable for children or individuals with reduced mobility. We appreciate your understanding.

Pets

Although we love animals and have our own dog at CASABELLA, unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets. We understand how special animals are in our lives, and we know this policy may be inconvenient for some travelers. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you soon.

Cleaning Service

For guests with longer stays, we change the sheets and towels on the seventh day of your stay at no additional charge.
Fresh sheets and towels can be provided at any time for a small fee of 10€ per set of sheets and 5€ per person for towel changes.

Smoking Policy

Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the house, including cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and e-cigarettes/vaping. If guests wish to smoke, they may do so only in designated areas, such as the terrace and/or patio.

To maintain a smoke-free environment, if we detect smoking in any area of the property, we reserve the right to charge an additional €300 per room for specialized cleaning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in advance.
