CASABELLA was born from the dream of changing our lives, moving to a new country, and finding a place where the sun would be our daily companion. Kevin, originally from Yorkshire, and Emilia, a “Sevillana” with extensive experience in the Northeast of England, decided to invest our work hours into creating, renovating, and breathing life into something unique.

And so, between dreams and ambitions, we arrived at CASABELLA, an ancient stately home of incomparable beauty, but in need of rejuvenation. This is where our adventure began: our mission to recover and revitalize this space filled with history, maintaining its original character while giving it new life.

With core values like sustainability, adaptability, and responsibility, we’ve created a space where every corner perfectly blends tradition with innovation.

Committed to energy efficiency and sustainable renewal, we’ve designed an environment that reflects our respect for nature and our effort to integrate innovative solutions that support a more responsible future.

With Emilia’s creativity and Kevin’s diverse skills, CASABELLA has opened its doors to offer guests a unique experience in a charming white village, located in the heart of the Guadalhorce Valley, Álora.

Renovating CASABELLA with the help of local businesses not only allowed us to preserve the essence and authenticity of the house, but it also allowed us to support and contribute to the growth of the local economy and the prosperity of its people. Thanks to sustainable materials and traditional techniques, we achieved a renovation with soul, where every detail tells a story and honors the legacy of the place. Moreover, this collaboration enabled us to build genuine connections and get to know the residents, who, over time, have become friends.
