The top floor and attic of the house have been carefully renovated to create a stunning apartment with three spacious bedrooms, an elegant bathroom, a cozy living room with a kitchenette, and a terrace offering views of the valley.
You can rent the entire apartment (Maximum capacity: 9 people) or book individual rooms (3 rooms available).

The Attic Room

This room is called «The Long Room» due to its spacious, elongated, and beautiful design. It features a double bed and a single bed, with the option to use the single bed for an additional cost of 20 €.

Shared Spaces
The apartment can be booked in full or by individual rooms, sharing common areas such as the bathroom, the living room/kitchenette, and the terrace.
CASABELLA features a beautiful staircase that is a central element of the house. With its historic charm and unique style, it adds character and elegance to the space, becoming an essential part of the home’s identity.
The house is accessed through the main door, which leads to the first floor. From there, a staircase takes you to the second floor. The steps are shallow and easy to climb, even with luggage. Guests should keep this in mind when making their reservation.
When you book the entire apartment, all three rooms will be prepared for you, and you’ll have exclusive access to the entire space, including the charming terrace on the second floor.
When you book a room, you will have access to the shared spaces, such as the bathroom, the living room/kitchenette, and the terrace. Additionally, each room is equipped with a lock on the door for your comfort and security.
